Our Vision is to increase the participation of the Christian community in the efforts to confront spiritual, economic and social problems in a holistic manner by (1) promoting individual and family stability, (2) assisting and supporting the holistic growth and development of young people, and (3) building partnerships that will help improve our communities. GBIOC hosts an Annual Conference designed to equip, empower and enable, Pastors Ministers and Lay Leaders to serve our congregations and communities at large more effectually and more efficiently. We seek to strategically plan for crisis readiness, working with our county emergency services department, law enforcement agencies, and through inter-agency collaborations with governmental agencies and other not for profits who serve as presenters at some of our conference and community building events.
